You can expect us to refund your card 3-4 business days after receiving your return. Your credit card company may take 3-5 business days to process the refund and have it show on your statement.
If you happen to receive a defective or broken product, we will issue you a return label immediately. As soon as the product arrives back at our facility, we will ship out a replacement right away.
We will send you a Confirmation of Order & Shipment through email upon shipment of your order. Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your order and prepare it for shipment.
