We offer complimentary Fedex ground delivery for all orders.
We will process orders of in-stock merchandise within 48 hours (2 business days) of receipt. Orders are processed Mon-Fri (excluding holidays).
Your order should arrive 3-5 days once you have received an email with confirmation that your order has been shipped.
If, after placing your order, you decide that you need the package faster, you may be able to reach out to us to see if we can expedite your shipment.
There would be a cost associated with this expedited shipment, which our client care team can assist you with.
If your tracking number is showing an error, it is possible that your shipping has not been picked up yet by the courier, or the courier has not scanned it as received.
Kindly allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to be logged by the shipping courier. If after 24 hours you are still experiencing problems, please contact our client care team.
The first step would be to check that the shipping address in your confirmation email is correct to make sure your package was sent to the correct address. If the address is incorrect, then it would be best to check that location for the package.
We do not ship a package unless the billing and shipping match, so please check your billing address. If there is still no trace of the package, please contact our customer support by clicking here if we can help with opening up a claim with FedEx.
You can also check for a notice of attempted delivery. If you have missed your delivery, FedEx will deliver it to a nearby FedEx location. It will be held for pickup as early as the same day of your missed delivery attempt. Please go through this link for more details.
